Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the communication relationship between sales team and internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Support existing customers/retailers and brokers via phone and email.
  • Assist with data sync systems as needed.
  • Maintain all pricing files for branded and private label.
  • Maintain and monitor trade promotion budget and updates.
  • Create, maintain and circulate the weekly commercial team travel calendar.
  • Maintain, update and revise as needed the weekly sales manager reports.
  • Manage demo coordination and set up documentation with the store's demo agency as requested by sales. Act as Brand Ambassador executing the demo for one off smaller store opportunities as needed.
  • Submit sample request forms, follow up, and track and maintain a record. Work with logistics to ensure timely receipt of samples to their destination. 
  • Manage all coordination of offsite quarterly sales meetings.
  • Manage the registration, setup, reservations and coordination of materials for Table Top and Trade Shows in keeping with budget. Work with marketing and sales to smoothly execute all of the various pieces that lead to successful shows and act as a Brand Ambassador as needed assisting the team member(s) at events.
  • Support brand manager with the sourcing and acquisition of brand assets and planning.
  • Manage consumer communications. Develop and maintain a structured process, using an electronic system as well as creating a physical manual. Communicate to other departments as necessary regarding possible quality issues.
  • Run adhoc reports as needed to evaluate business performance and share insights and assist the Sales Financial Manager as needed with the monthly reporting
  • Manage donations, sponsorships and record keeping of the donation, sponsorship and sales samples.
  • Help with additional tasks as needed to support the team.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the executive team including but not limited to: schedule meetings, manage travel, manage calendars, manage office equipment and supplies, greet visitors, organize and assist the German team when here visiting on business

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum HS Diploma; preferred Associates degree or greater, prefer Business Administration/Marketing or related, or 3 to 5 years in similar job function, ideally in Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Microsoft Office skills & knowledge:
  • Intermediate to Advanced: Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to establish close working relationships, and interact positively with multiple departments and locations.
  • Ability to advance multiple projects concurrently, work under pressure, meet deadlines and identify potential issues before they evolve into road blocks.
